Housing Choices is the new program structure offered to residents of the Northwest Territories. The new simplified structure of four programs offers flexible delivery options, is more accessible to NWT residents and continues to meet the needs of special interest groups. The structure uses education and counselling to help residents not only to become more independent but also to assist them in becoming successful homeowners.
