2004/2005 Annual Report
The Northwest Territories Housing Corporation celebrates its 30th anniversary in
the 2004/2005 Annual Report edition. "From the Ground Up" the Corporation has
steadily increased the availability of affordable, adequate and suitable
housing for NWT residents in our communities. Housing programs have expanded
over the years to include a larger variety of housing options for clients.
Partnerships are essential in housing delivery and services in the North.

Downpayment Assistance Program
This report is an evaluation of MDAP through a survey of approved clients,
interviews with major property managers and real estate firms, and market data
provided by the Yellowknife Real Estate Board and Canada Mortgage and Housing
Corporation. The program operated between November 1998 and May 1999.
