The people of the NWTHC and the Local Housing Authorities (LHOs) delivering housing programs to the NWT public are its most important resource. Without a trained, effective workforce that has the support of the Minister, the President & CEO, and senior management, the NWTHC will not be able to successfully fulfill its purpose. This is particularly true at the regional level, where front line staff deliver NWTHC programs.
