Overview
A Community Housing Plan combines community values and priorities on housing with housing data, statistics, and program information to make a comprehensive map that better directs housing investment in the community. Community Housing Plans typically include a Housing Needs Assessment along with the plan itself. The planning process involves collaborative and in-depth community engagement to determine community housing needs and priorities, and strategic planning with stakeholders to develop a path forward. Ongoing support is provided to update the plan when needed.
