Developed collaboratively with the Paulatuk Community Corporation, the Hamlet of Paulatuk and  the Northwest Territories Housing Corporation (NWTHC), the Paulatuk Housing Plan’s main goal was to identify the housing needs and priorities of community members. The project began in December 2018 and the final Plan was adopted in July 2021. Details about the full process are contained in the Plan.

Now that the Plan is complete, it is time to move forward to make it reality.  The Action Plan  provides a suggested  five year timeline to accomplish the goals and improve housing in Paulatuk. The Hamlet and the Paulatuk Community Corporation(PCC)  will lead the implementation, in coordination with the NWTHC, the Inuvialuit Regional Corporation and other partners.
